Working with Andrea was the best decision I made for my wedding. Without a doubt, our big day would not have been possible without the help of Andrea and her team. We hired A. Rose for Day-Of coordination services and she executed our vision perfectly. As the wedding day drew near, I was in contact with Andrea over phone and email quite a bit. Every time I thought of even the smallest detail that I didn't want to forget, I would shoot her a text and I knew she would take care of it. It was such a sense of relief to know that our wedding planner put just as much care, effort and energy as she would her own big day. The part I enjoyed most of Andrea's planning process was the shared Master Timeline file that I was able to access online at any time. She created a timeline for the wedding day based on our vision and we were able to access the up-to-date file right up until the night before the wedding to make sure that no detail was overlooked. I was a ball of nerves before the ceremony and when I walked into our venue, everything was exactly where it needed to be -- my stress was (mostly) eased for the rest of the day. Andrea was such an important part of our wedding planning process and we could not have imagined the day without her. We hired her about 6 months before our wedding. There were so many unforeseen changes that took place with our venue and it was so nice to have Andrea there to deal with all the logistics. She is also very attentive to detail and made amazing spreadsheets that were incredibly useful. It helped us keep track of our vendors, how much we had spent, and how much we owed. She took the time to meet with us in person, always answered our calls when needed and was a great support throughout the entire process. Even though she is based in St. Catharines, she was more than happy to meet us in person in Toronto! As a Celebrant/Officiant, I had the pleasure of working alongside Andrea during the rehearsal and ceremony for a wonderful couple. Not only is she great at what she does –coordinating wedding vendors, keeping everyone organized and helping the wedding day to unfold beautifully – but she does so with a great deal of consideration and kindness. A Rose Inspiration - Best decision we made about planning my daughter's wedding! I am the Mother of the Bride (MOB) and cannot rave enough about Andrea and her services. We used Andrea for full planning of my daughter's Wedding. Andrea was sensitive to my daughter's needs and wishes while keeping in mind our budget and was able to deliver a beautiful, fun and romantic event capturing the mood that my daughter envisioned. The wedding party, family and guests all enjoyed the Wedding thoroughly. Andrea was key in negotiating contracts with the venue and vendors, sourcing wish list items like Marquee Letters, and managed the many details involved in putting together the Wedding which entailed many moving parts. Andrea's people skills came in very handy and we left it to her to deal with some difficult issues and negotiate compromises that needed to be dealt with. She did all this with grace and calm, taking the stress out of the planning. Our guests couldn't compliment us enough on how lovely the Wedding was and how it fit so well with the personalities of the bride and groom. Thank you Andrea for making the Wedding a huge hit!
My husband and I hired Andrea to be our month-of wedding coordinator back in October, 2018 and she was perfect! Not only was Andrea dedicated and thoughtful, but she showed a genuine interest in getting to know us making sure my husband and I executed our vision for our wedding day. Andrea’s constant reassurance and down-to-earth advice made us feel confident that she knew our vision and would help us execute it no matter what happened on the day-of. During our initial call, Andrea listened to what we had planned already and, importantly, asked all the right questions to make sure we hadn’t missed anything. For example, while we had arranged a shuttle to and from our hotel, she made sure that our shuttle times matched the profile of our guest list. She was able to pinpoint things we had forgotten to consider and gave us advice on the last minute items we needed to look into. She called all of our vendors, confirmed all the timelines, and identified and resolved several scheduling problems before we knew they actually existed. Also, much to my horror and then relief, several weeks before the wedding my husband and I realized we had forgotten to give our caterer the updated start time for dinner. The relief came when discovered that Andrea had already identified that problem and fixed it before we even knew that there was an issue. We had to reschedule several of our calls with Andrea due to our work schedules. Andrea however was really flexible and worked with us to find times we could connect. In the weeks before the wedding, we worked with her to finalize our schedule for the day. She took the time to go through the drafts with us and make changes as we discussed them. It was this attention to detail and her experienced advice that really helped us finalize the plans. Andrea also worked really well with our family and other vendors. Our ceremony was not a standard format. We knew we would rely on Andrea’s help and advice to get the ceremony to flow. Our officiant also had a role in this and, during the rehearsal, the two worked together to make sure all the basis were covered. Andrea acted as a true partner dealing with not only us, but the other vendors; helping ensure they had what they needed to be successful. On the day of the wedding Andrea and her assistant took all the planning stress out of our day and finished arranging everything at our venue. This allowed me I got ready with all my family and bridal party. A lot of little things happened in the background that I only became privy to after the fact. We thought we’d know exactly where all our décor belonged, but in the end we had a lot of pieces where we relied on Andrea and her assistant to have the eye to set it up beautifully. All I knew at the time was that I showed up for my ceremony and the venue was perfect. When our venue owners became difficult to deal with on the day off, Andrea was firm but professional and made sure our wishes were represented. She really helped us deal with a situation that otherwise could have turned nasty and emotional between the venue and our families. She knew when to involve the bride and groom and when to take care of things in the background so that I didn’t even know they were happening. Thank you Andrea for all your help, we couldn’t have done it without you!
Wow, Andrea surpassed what we had expected from a day-of wedding coordinator. For the entire month leading up to the wedding, she was coordinating with our vendors and our family members to ensure that our wedding day would be perfect. In all of her correspondence with us, Andrea was prompt, reassuring, and very kind. She even caught a couple of mistakes that we'd made and fixed them seamlessly! On the wedding day itself, she and her assistant were like superheroes. They made sure that our venue was set up perfectly, that everybody was where they were supposed to be *when* they were supposed to be (not a small feat with so many guests and vendors!), effortlessly defused some potential conflicts amongst family members, and accommodated our last-minute requests. Without Andrea, we, the bride and groom, would doubtless have had to spend the entire wedding day playing host and coordinator, but with Andrea, we could sit back and ENJOY our wedding. Hiring her was honestly one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. I highly recommend her services because she is the best!!
I hired Andrea to help as the day of wedding coordinator for my wedding in Niagara on the Lake. Although I only hired her for this particular service, she went out of her way prior to the wedding to answer my questions and help me in making decisions. She made the process leading up to the wedding much smoother. The day of the wedding, she and her team came prepared and set everything up for us. There were hiccups with the venue which Andrea and her team took care of. I was not bothered by any of these hiccups and didn't really notice them because of Andrea and her team. I hired Andrea less than three weeks out from my wedding as my day-of wedding coordinator. As I have an events background, I didn’t need full planning. Andrea was always prepared, responsive and a total joy to work with. She was able to pick up on my requests and managed the day beautifully. As with any event, there are always hiccups, but I was not bothered with them as Andrea managed to work through them seamlessly. I would highly recommend Andrea for her professionalism, patience and helpful demeanour.
All of the intricate details Andrea put together for my surprise bridal shower were gorgeous, thoughtful and so me! It seemed as though everywhere I turned there was another layer of detail that added to the overall environment. Andrea did a fabulous job making sure the shower ran smoothly. There was well over 50 people at my shower and everything went off without a hitch. I would strongly recommend Andrea. She is responsive, creative, thoughtful and fun to work with! I am the Mother of the Bride (MOB) and I used Andrea's services for my daughter's bridal shower. My daughter always wanted a tea party theme for her shower and Andrea delivered and then some. From the long harvest table lined with various china tea cups, to the three tiered serving platters, to the teapot being used as a guest book, she created the perfect atmosphere for my daughter. What I found even more important was that I was able to enjoy the festivities as Andrea took care of all the details and ensured all guests were enjoying herself. I never had to check on the food or beverages - she had it all in hand. I received so many compliments after the shower about just how perfect the shower was and how it reflected who my daughter is. I hired Andrea within weeks of finding our date and venue after seeing her work at another wedding. Let me tell you, I don't know where I would have been in the lead up to the wedding without her. Andrea worked on the day-of coordination, which really is truly more. Her warm personality and bright smile was a breath of fresh air in the planning process. Rose, her assistant, was a special treat as I showed up at the ceremony. Her warm nature and beautiful compliments really lifted me up as I prepared to walk down the aisle - I was told several times from our guests that they have never seen a bride so calm and at ease while walking down. I think I owe this to her!

We hired Andrea for day of coordination, but she was so much more! As soon as we spoke to Andrea, we knew she was perfect for our day. We’ve been told through friends and family that there will definitely be hiccups and stress on our wedding day, but that was the total opposite with Andrea and Rose. These two amazing women were so organized, professional and treated the whole process as if we were their family. There were some issues with other vendors leading up to the day, and even on the day, and not only was Andrea able to keep us calm and collected, but she also helped us take care of the issues personally and saved the day!
